Modules Covered in the Leadership Program

MODULE 3: SOLUTION FOCUSED COACHING FOR LEADERS

This Module aims to teach leaders the skills of being an affective coach to assist staff in moving from problems to solutions and increase confidence and productivity.

MODULE 4: BUILDING STAFF RESILIENCE

This Module looks at learning and utilising strategies to ensure that staff remain aligned and resilient in the face of business changes, including stress management and internal vs external locus of control and mindfulness based strategies

MODULE 5: CREATING POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL BEING IN THE WORKPLACE.

This Module focuses on learning the fundamentals of the Positive psychology framework to encourage and support a positive workplace culture.

MODULE 6: TRANSITIONING THROUGH CHANGE

This Module focuses on effectively leading staff through organization change while building agility through the transition process.
